Erica Teo

Product manager by day and Latin ballroom dancer by night, Erica Teo leads product management of eCommerce, Payments and Receivables at Citibank Treasury and Trade Solutions in Singapore. Erica is passionate about bringing great ideas to life and leveraging technology to empower individuals, communities and organizations. Having built her career in a few industries covering advertising, digital banking and payments, her diverse experience has been instrumental in enabling her to contribute to the development and advancement of digital payments for both consumers and corporates alike.

Erica is also a competitive Latin ballroom dancer and was a Singapore nominee for the 2019 Southeast Asian Games for Dancesport – Latin American category. Training for a competitive sport has helped her foster a laser-sharp execution focus, instill an unwavering discipline and fuel her drive to thrive at work.

Inspired by Girl Rising’s global movement for girls’ education and having been a beneficiary of Citi’s Women Development Program, Erica hopes to give back by mentoring young women to help them feel empowered to drive their personal growth.
