Multilingual, Jacqueline is an experienced financier and trusted adviser with 30+ years' global experience, comprising track record in capital markets and M&A investments totalling over USD25+billion, coupled with leadership experience expanding companies’ global footprint into new markets.

Currently in Singapore, Jacqueline is the Exchange CEO at Funderbeam - a technology driven marketplace to buy and sell shares in ambitious private companies. With responsibilities for Funderbeam Exchange’s trading activity and liquidity, Jacqueline is scaling Funderbeam’s Secondaries business vertical, which includes providing exit opportunities for startup shareholders. In recent years in Australia, she had set up regulated investment funds, constructed accelerated commercialisation programs and devised fintech platforms for the healthcare and biotech sectors.

Previously based in Europe for 13+ years, Jacqueline was Senior Director at BNP Paribas-Fortis in the UK and Netherlands where she spearheaded M&A Structured Finance & Alternative Investments (USD15+billion portfolio) with a period in New York working in Capital Markets. Before BNPP-Fortis, Jacqueline had worked at Société Générale Investment Bank in London and Paris, advising and financing Energy and Oil&Gas projects across EMEA; and prior to that, at Bankers Trust Australia in Acquisitions and Structured Finance for Property and Infrastructure sectors. Jacqueline commenced her career at Ernst & Young New Zealand, where she became Head of Special Reviews (M&A and Restructuring), with a period in HK/China working on Corporate Restructuring and Insolvencies.

In a personal capacity, Jacqueline contributes expertise and time to ESG impact programs.

Jacqueline graduated summa cum laude and first in class, earning a specialist MBA-Master in International Finance and Economics degree awarded with Distinction (1st), conferred jointly by the University of Amsterdam Graduate Business School and Graduate Faculty of Economics & Econometrics. She read undergraduate studies in Mathematics, Management Science, Finance & Accountancy, graduating with Distinction Honours in Commercial Law from University of Canterbury; and read postgraduate Politics & Public Policy at Utrecht University. She holds professional certifications from CAANZ and The UK Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments. Jacqueline is an ASEAN Scholar and a Squash medallist.
