Richa Arora

Richa is a techno-commercial Product Leader with 13 years of experience in Fintech and Telecom Industry in Asia. She is currently working as Product Innovation Leader in Visa Innovation Center, Singapore.  She has previously held roles in digital product organization at Visa India – where she worked with several BigTechs and banks to design, build and launch products for India market.

Richa started her career in product strategy division of (then) India’s largest Telco – Airtel, which included several key projects including the launch of mobile internet (3G) in India. She is a Computer Engineer by education and that’s where her passion for designing products started. She also holds an MBA from NMIMS, India.

Apart from her career, Richa is passionate and vocal about supporting women leaders and mentoring young girls into STEM.
